The rooms are simply furnished with quality furniture but have modern amenities and good wifi, providing a sense of authenticity but with the necessary modern conveniences. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The adjacent restaurant (separately owned) is also very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is very good value for money

It was an amazing experience to stay in an old 12th century abbey that was converted into a hotel complex, but at the same time carefully preserving the atmosphere and spirit of antiquity and comfort for guests. The views are simply stunning, we just could not tear ourselves away from them. It is very easy and clear to get to by car, the rooms are simple, but have everything you need, even a kettle, breakfasts are also good, there is a wonderful restaurant on the territory. This is a whole separate story and another pleasant impression that will remain in your memory for life. For my birthday we ordered a master class in Italian cuisine, where with the charming chef of the restaurant Francesca and the manager Maria-Christina (who translated everything for us and looked after us all day, so that we felt like the most dear guests in their restaurant) we cooked pasta with meat sauce, ravioli, meat with potatoes, and tiramisu) And of course then we ate all of this, we were treated to different wines and at the end they gave us a certificate and all the recipes, it was an unforgettable and amazing day. I recommend this hotel to everyone and to do this master class

Our son was married at this venue and we stayed for 3 nights: it surpassed our expectations. The location is fabulous; the perfect place to recharge after a hectic 2 years of the madness of Covid. Our family took over all the rooms and there were no complaints. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and all the staff were excellent. The on-site restaurant catered for the wedding and the food was outstanding. Thank you to everyone at Abbazia San Pietro for an amazing 3 days.
